We assist with referrals to all service providers that you need, hey, we need them ourselves, so we set them up for the team; we don’t get a cent out of it (no kickbacks) which stands to reason that we are all stronger if we stay together as a TEAM.
Take a Rental manager for example:
If they have 15 properties to manage; we are offered a better price and better service for the Team.
