Queensland

We place great emphasize on Quality & Functionality – spending funds only on what really serves the investment and brings a return. Diversity and longevity of the investment are paramount. Our investment locations are strictly targeted and we customize the design to the location to provide maximum rentability and future capital gain.

Victoria

Victoria is a varied landscape and quite challenging landscape, mainly due to the dominance of Melbourne, where rental yield is very low. Nevertheless, we have done a number of projects, Hillside with 7 houses, Mt. Martha with 4 houses, and Coburg with 8 houses.

Tasmania

Our strategy is to target a median specification and fit-out, then raise it slightly above that. This ensures that our properties are above average, thereby being more desirable for tenants

The functionality of the design is paramount.

Western Australia

With over 300 projects completed in various locations diversity of elevation and street appeal is important to us. We focus intentionally on street appeal. In doing so, we not only improve our investment but also contribute to the success of the entire development. A quality product will always provide more Capital Gain, “we don’t cut corners”. The right block, the right orientation to the local climatic conditions, with the right specification/fit-out,  is what it is all about.

Northern Territory

When in Rome – do as the Romans” – we vary our designs and fit-out to the specific location. We consider how the sun rises/sets and prevailing winds. Victorian design is certainly different from a Qld design and that requires individual focus. For each lot, the positioning of the house is specifically optimized.
