I was recommened by a relative, who's words were "I can't do any better myself of what Uwe does" and he was correct.
I found that most of the work is done by Property Friends™, which was great for me as I work out in the middle of nowhere and it is hard to conduct bussiness from there.
Am satisfied with the service provided, have a great property in QLD, which in time will continually increase in value.
The process was done well thanks for your patients at times as this was my first house purchase, and a little frustrating at times to get things done. everthing is covered in the building process, with no catches.
House is inspected by a professional service so you have no worries if anything is not to specification.
Was saved $2,000 on land purchase which uwe negoiated, and everthing to have the building completed is included in the price, no hidden expences added on which is comforting to know ther are honest people out there.
Have good tentants moving in and getting good rent.
The property has gained $30,000 by completion and I am sure it will keep increasing over time.
