I am writing to you to express my complete satisfaction in the way Property Friends™ handled on my behalf the sourcing of my investment property in Geraldton. I first heard about Property Friends™ through my cousin who has completed 2 house and land packages with you. He recommended I call Uwe as I wanted to expand my property portfolio. I trusted my cousin's opinion and judgement so I gave Uwe a call. From the first time I called Uwe his enthusiasm was instantaneously infectious.

I love using your service as it means you do all the hard work, the research, house design, the negotiating, and the setting up of the contract. All I do is sit back knowing I will have a great deal coming my way with equity already built in before the property is even completed. All the negotiations you carried out with the land developer and builder in putting the deal together certainly makes my investment in your service well worthwhile. It is great knowing that you are buying in the same areas that you recommend. The constant updates either by phone or email meant that I was fully informed at all times.

I am more than happy to tell others about the very positive experience I have had with Property Friends™. I love the way that nothing is a problem and how you think outside the square. You did exactly what you promised and more by going the extra mile in everything that you did. everything right through to completion of my purchase was handled so professionally and efficiently. It was comforting knowing that you kept me updated whenever necessary, yet also knowing that if I didn't hear from you for a while that I could still safely assume that all was going well.

I decided to use 1 of the 3 property managers you suggested to take advantage of the low management costs. The house was rented out 2 days after settlement and is getting $320 per week rent which is $50.00 more than was first anticipated and the rental yield is 6%. I loved the way the property was available to a tenant the day I settled. This was due to you making sure that all the bits and pieces were included in the deal. I'm certain most people would simply not know how many items are not included in standard contracts. I didn't even have to be on site for the settlement all I did was organise for the builder to drop the keys to the rental agent. What a great way to do business!

I settled on the land in January 2006 and by September 2006 the house was completed and tenanted. My property has increased dramatically in value (over $ 100,000 capital gain already).

My experience with Property Friends™ has been very satisfying, effortless and very profitable. The whole process from start to finish was so easy. I would urge anyone who is thinking about investing in property in high growth and high rent areas to give Property Friends™ a call.
