Thank you for your wonderful assistance with our turn-key investment property in Drummond Cove, Geraldton. When we visited the site in Janurary it was just a block of sand. We can't believe that after signing a few papers and sending some emails and faxes, a few short months later there is a completely finished, brand-spanking-new home, including all of the little details that would of taken weeks to sort out.
The home was completed and handed over on Mon, 23rd October 2006 and it was literally rented out the very next day and we did not even have to turn up!
And the best news is that not only was it an excellent deal & rented out immediately, it has also picked up $100k in equity already!
