How we got to know you

We first contacted Uwe Jacobs early in 2004 with a view to purchasing an investment property in Queensland, following one of the most mind-blowing seminars I had been to. Uwe's credentials immediately matched both those of the seminar and of my standards and ethics of doing business. I was still highly motivated from the seminar, but Uwe tempered the enthusiasm and helped us put a more realistic plan together! He went on to help us Purchase our first 2 interstate investment properties in Cairns. His up front and open attitude alleviated any 2-tier/kickback concerns we may have initially had.

We were immediately impressed by the wealth of knowledge and the detailed research you undertake before referring a deal to a client. each property presented had a detailed description, photos and a rough financial assessment.

Why we use your service

Buying property through Property Friends™ just makes it too easy to make money!!!!! a couple of calls pick out the deal and wait. Uwe keeps me updated (including regular photos) of my purchase, upon completion arranges final independent inspections, then hands the keys to the rental agent. I just watch my equity grow!!!

Satisfaction with your service

The service is simply top-shelf. I have never recommended any investment people on to friends and family before, for fear of them being burned. With Uwe and Ulla I have full confidence and am now encouraging friends and family to have a chat.

Rental Process, Rental yield and Tenants

Every property has been quickly tenanted, at or around the initial rental range through efficient agents. Since then the rental increases have meant that every property is at lease cash neutral.

Capital Gains

Uwe & Ulla have been integral members of my Wealth Creation team for just over 2 now. 4 houses and $350k later I am preparing to do my next 2 deals. Thanks Guys.
