We came to know you through an investment seminar 2 years ago, after looking around, doing some research myself and attempting to do a house and land package through a local builder that turned into a big pile of poo (which was started before I met you and the house is still not finished!)

Uwe went above and beyond to assist us in a situation with our Geraldton property. Due to the abovementioned problem builder. Unfortunately, we could not purchase the block and build on it. even though we only managed to settle and on-sell that block, we made a capital gain of around $40K! if we had of gone the whole way and built the house, we would have had a capital gain in the order of $80-90K!

Thankfully, this enabled us to complete and build on our Townsville Property Friends™ deal.

Our house was finished on time and just like you said with everything included. Thanks for organising the TV antenna and clothesline installation.

We decided to use the rental manager you suggested to take advantage of the lower commission rate you've obtained for your clients… best of all our lovely new house was rented a week after settlement, and can you believe it, we're getting $20pw more rent than forecasted.

It almost pays for itself… along with a $40K capital gain.
