Just a small gift from Grace and myself, to say a very big "Thank You" for taking us on as part of you Properly Friends Team. As you know the properly we are building through you in Waggarikine will make probably over $80,000 less expenses, which will greatly offset the financial problems I have incurred due to a hiccup with my health and business problems over the last few years. We cannot tell you how much of a godsend you have been and how investing with your advice has made us enthuastic once again.
I have now gone back to photography and am slowly building up clients and keeping things simple ...... As I mentioned to you before we are selling our house ( we think we have a buyer now )and going to rent for a while and we would love to purchase two more properties through you. We anticipate the sale of our house will go through by mid July. If it is at all possible that at about that time you had two more deals as good as the Waggarikine one then we would be elated!
When we have sold our house Grace and I would love to fly down to Melbourne to catch up with you, and take you and Ulla out for dinner one evening and discuss what projects you may have.. . . .your investing strategies have given us renewed hope and optimism for our future.
