This is just a quick note to thank you so much for all your help with our purchase of the wonderful investment property in Seacrest estate Geraldton. As you know it has been showing very strong growth and we have already made a handsome profit after just 4 months! as you will probably know by now, unfortunately I have suffered some set back here in Sydney and this note is just to put into writing the unfortunate fact that we will not be able to go through with the settlement, and that we appreciate very much your understanding attitude and your swift help in locating an alternative buyer. I am amazed that we are still going to be coming away with nearly $10,000.00 profit as this will be such a help to us financially.
