I bought a H & L package through Uwe and Ulla last year in 2007, I can honestly say that the proccess was very easy.
Like most people I am time poor,and had been procrastinating about buying interstate to spred my property's out, to help leverage the taxes that need to be paid eg. land tax( NSW is cruel) Qld as least gives you a bit of respite.
Property friends sorced the land and builder, I did my due dilegence in checking them out, paid the fee, and it all just came together no bother at all.
Firstly, thank you Uwe and Ulla,the H &L package cost $330,000. the valuation done before the tenants moved in in Oct 2007 came back as $375,000.
The rent is great, and yes I would do it again and will be doing it again.
