What a fantastic experience it has been purchasing and building investment properties through Property Friends.

We first met Uwe and Ulla through our fantastic Property Finance Consultant, what a great team Property Friend and asset Finance solutions are for investment strategy and success!!

We didn’t think it was possible to have someone (Property Friends) do all the work and come up with a fantastic property for us.

Over the past 4 years l have seen many clients doing fantastic deals through Property Friends over and over again, then it hit me WHY haven't I been done any, l have just missed out on 4 years of growth, so l did 3 instead of 1 to try and catch up! even know Dale is a property developer and builder (builds over 25 homes a year) the numbers still stacked up for us to do the deal though Property Friends in Townsville and 2 in Sugar World.

What it meant for us was that all the hard work, the research, house design, the negotiating, the setting up of the contract... everything! all we had to do was sit back knowing we had a 3 great deals coming our way with equity already built in before the property is even completed.

Townsville was rented before the builder had even handed over the keys to the agent for $385pw, $35pw higher than Uwe had estimated – got to be happy with that! To top it all off we had equity gains of $52,782, $56,000 & $62,782 meaning that at completion we had a total equity gain of approx $172k.

Thanks again for all your efforts and l promise it won’t be another 4 years before we do anymore!!
