Property Friends™ - Uwe, Ulla and Crew

We were introduced to Property Friends™ by our son and his wife, who met Uwe at Ed Burton's VIP meetings in Sydney.

We are dairy farmers and it was our wish to make investments off farm, but found it very difficult to find time to research and buy suitable investments.

Over the last few years, Property Friends™ has given us the opportunity to invest in properties in Queensland and Western Australia bringing our investment portfolio to a total of seven properties at various stages from land to rented properties.

We are very pleased with the negotiating and purchasing power in being part of Uwe and Ulla's Property Friends™ group. They provide step by step monitoring from land purchase, conveyancing, building, contracts and plans, completion, inspection through to rental stages. We receive photo updates and emails from Uwe when he is in that area.

Recently we had two houses completed in Cairns with no power connected and Uwe successfully negotiated compensation of $2,650 from the developer for us. (Thanks Uwe)

The capital gain on some of the land purchased last year has been massive! all we had to do was put a $1000 deposit on a House & Land Package valued at $300k - the Land content being $105K and the House Package being $196k. Before registration of the subdivision the land alone is now valued at $167k, a Capital Growth of almost $70k and the Building contract is now valued at $247k ($50k up!). So in just 9 to 10 months, to experience a growth of $120k for $1000 holding deposit is in our books exceptional value!

We hope to invest with Property Friends™ in the future and wish to thank Uwe and Ulla for their thoughtfulness, commitment and care so far.
