We had been looking to invest in residential property for some time but the more we looked and researched the more overwhelmed we became. We couldn’t get the numbers to add up and we were nervous about making a mistake with such a large financial commitment.

We contacted Property Friends after hearing Uwe speak at a teleconference organised by our accountant. His knowledge was impressive, his research was thorough and his investment strategy made sense. What really gave us a level of comfort was knowing that Uwe and Ulla were themselves buying in the same areas that they were recommending to us.

Within weeks we purchased our first property. Not only did the numbers add up but we didn’t have to do any of the hard work. The house plans included everything from curtains and air conditioning to landscaping and fences. We were amazed at how every detail had been thought of and included in the price which was far better than anything we could find ourselves.

Not only did Uwe take the time to help us thoroughly understand every step of the process but he was able to refer us onto professionals such as a solicitor, mortgage broker and rental agent. We found all of these people to be exceptional. We would have had to take pot luck if we were left to choose them ourselves. What impressed us most is that these referrals were all selected based on their expertise and experience and not on any kind of referral fee or kickback.

Throughout the building process we received regular updates as well as photos. Uwe and his team were always one step ahead and we felt fully informed at every stage.

Our property is now finished and has been rented within a week of completion. Right away we have an extra $120 in our pocket every week as well as a very healthy $45k of equity already built in. You hear that building is a difficult and stressful experience but this has been smooth sailing from beginning to end. Thanks to the professional and efficient work of Property Friends we are well on the road to an early and prosperous retirement. We can’t wait to start building the next one.
