"Being a workaholic I was too time poor to go through the process and hassle of finding the right property. agreeing to buy my first "Property Friends™" property from somebody I'd only spoken to over the phone was quite a leap of faith (in fact I only met Uwe after buying my second). But from land to builders, solicitors, lenders, real estate agents, building inspectors, quantity surveyors, Uwe had all the bases covered and everyone I have dealt with has really been on the ball. I'm glad to say it was an effortless process on my behalf. I was constantly kept up to date with progress reports, photos and recommendations of what I needed to do and when."
My Results
"My first "Property Friends™" property took a while to get rolling but is now consistently returning 5.9% and has increased in value at least $40K. even better, my second "Property Friends™" property was vacant for all of half an hour as the prospective tenant was hassling me to hassle my bank to push the final settlement through so they could move in straight away. its now returning 6.4% and has increased in value at least $100K in the 18 months from $500 down to construction complete. I'm looking forward to being able to move on to my next "Property Friends™" property in the not too distant future."
