Our service specialises in putting together brand new house and land packages in areas that are forecast by the experts and supported by research to double in value over 7 to 10 years. in conjunction with this, the areas that are selected must also show great rental returns.
We are also very active investors and as such, we invest in the same areas ourselves… yes, we put our money where our mouth is.
We have also successfully sourced a number of established houses for our friends and friends is all we want to deal with - hence “Property Friends™”.
To put a deal together can take countless hours of research and months of negotiating with both the land developer and the builder.
We are able to give you access to the important contacts and relationships we have built up over our time in the industry. This enables us to get early access to new land releases… it's not all that easy to be in the front of the queue competing against builders and other major investors for land… especially in a rising market where demand can exceed supply, but that is where the money is made!!!
Next we're able to take advantage of our group buying power and tender to a select group of builders that strictly meet our criteria. Builders specifications are analysed with a fine tooth comb and subsequently altered to include all the inclusions needed to have your property quickly rented out to a qualified tenant.
We liaise with builders, designers and rental managers to come up with house designs which are in synch with the current local trends, will greatly appeal to tenants needs, are targeted at the right standard and price, and most importantly perform well as an investment.
We go to great lengths to check out the local rental experts for their advice on current and future rental projections and vacancy rates.
All our dealings are transparent… there are no hidden commissions or “kick backs”. all contracts entered into are directly between the buyer and the seller.
