Uwe
Has worked in the corporate world for over 25 years. His area of expertise is financial control, contract law and project management. He has recently finished studying for and successfully obtained his own real estate licence (fully qualified) for Queensland and also holds the REIQ certificate IV in Real Estate Agency Practice. a proud father of two much loved daughters.
Ulla
Has a background in administration and is an integral part of the family business. She some how balances her waking hours being a marvellous loving mother to the two girls, managing all the household duties, balancing the accounts and of course her commitment to Property Friends™. Her efforts in Marketing and Sales are unsurpassed.
Together they have been successful in acquiring in excess of 10 investment properties in just 4 years (located in Vic, Qld and WA), using their own strategy. All properties are increasing rapidly in capital growth and have the benefit of being positively geared.
Karen
Karen started with Property Friends in Aug 2007 (and since the very first day has been learning so much and having so much fun), a very valuable addition to the team, looking after virtually the complete back office.
Her background comes in the form of Banking, Human Resources & Administration.
She has worked with National Australia Bank for 20+ years and has a strong desire to join the Investment Property Market.
A mother of 2 boys (14 & 6), she now has a relaxing beachside lifestyle, since she recently moved to the Mornington Peninsula.
